We propose Okabayashi’s way to enjoy sushi, with a well-balanced mix of warm and cold dishes.It’s a course meal recommended by the head sushi chef that includes tilefish grilled with scales intact, mixed sushi with blackthroat seaperch, Okabayashi’s specialty, Densuke Anago, and nigiri sushi topped with sea urchin of the highest quality and freshly boiled Japanese tiger prawn.
